Shipping and Cancellations
1. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders in India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we charge a minimum fee of INR 99.
However, for international orders, the shipping charges vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
2. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
You can change your shipping address within 24-48 hours after placing the order. For this, please contact our customer service team at 011-40844669 or drop us an email at support@theartarium.com as soon as possible. Also, note that once the order is dispatched, changes to the shipping address are not possible.
3. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer the option of express shipping for faster delivery. However, note that additional shipping charges apply for express shipping. Please contact our customer service team at 011-40844669 for more details.
4. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at 011-40844669 or drop us an email at support@theartarium.com. Note that cancellation may not be possible once an order is in transit.
5. Are there any cancellation charges applied?
No, we do not apply any cancellation charges if the order is canceled before it is processed or shipped.
6. Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, we can gift wrap your order at additional charges. You can share your requirements with our customer care team via email (support@theartarium.com) or contact us at 011-40844669.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to selected locations.
8. How many days does it take to deliver my order?
It usually takes 7-10 business days to deliver your order pan India. However, please note that the estimated delivery time may vary due to adverse weather conditions, national holidays, rallies, and processions.
Return & Refund
1. How can I return my order?
You can place a return request along with product images and videos at support@theartarium.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please record a product unboxing video for us to rightly learn about the issue and process your return request (in case of any damage).
Also, make sure that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Note that customized items are not eligible for returns.
2. Can I return my order if I don’t like it?
We only accept returns on damaged or defective products. No returns will be accepted in case of size or quality issues. For any more queries, please contact our customer care team at 011-40844669.
3. When will I receive a refund for my returned order?
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If we find the product in its original condition, the refund is credited to the original payment method within 8-10 business days. Although we refund it as soon as possible, the bank may take some time to process it. Hence, please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Do you provide a reverse-pickup facility?
Yes, we offer reverse-pickup services for returns. Please contact our customer service team to schedule a pickup and provide the necessary details.
5. I have received a damaged product. Can I get it replaced with a new item?
Yes. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Product Customization
1. How long does it take to complete a customized sculpture?
The timeline mainly varies depending on the complexity and size of the sculpture, plus our current workload. On average, the process can take anywhere from 30-60 working days. We’ll provide a more accurate timeline after the consultation.
2. What materials do you use for your sculptures?
We work using high-quality materials, including resin with marble dust, fiber resin, silver, gold, brass, and copper. The choice of material depends on the design and your preferences, which we can discuss during the initial consultation.
3. What are the payment terms for customized sculptures?
At Artarium, we require 50% advance payment to begin with the customization process and the outstanding amount (50%) is to be paid before dispatch. We accept different modes of payment including UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets.
4. Can I see the design before you start creating the sculpture?
Yes! We create a detailed sketch of your sculpture based on your input and share it with you for review and feedback. We only proceed with the creation once you approve the design.
5. How much does a customized sculpture cost?
The cost of a customized sculpture depends on various factors such as size, complexity, and materials used. We’ll provide a detailed quote during the initial consultation after discussing your specific requirements.
6. Who will be the Point of Contact (POC) for my customized order?
Throughout the process, we assign a dedicated relationship manager who guides you every step of the way. This person will be available to answer your questions, provide updates, and address any concerns you might have about your customized sculpture.
7. What if I receive my product damaged?
We take great care in packaging our sculptures to prevent damage during shipping. However, if you do receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will work towards whatever we can do to resolve this issue in your best interest.
8. Can I get regular updates on the creation and production process of my customized order?
We try our best to keep our clients informed every step of the way. If you need any information regarding the progress of your order, you can contact the aligned professional for any updates.
9. Can I return my customized order?
Since each customized sculpture is uniquely made based on your specifications, we generally do not accept returns on customized orders.
10. How do I care for and maintain my sculpture?
We provide detailed care instructions for each type of material used. Generally, keeping the sculpture in a dry environment and dusting it regularly can help maintain its appearance.

1. How should I clean my products?
To clean your product, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust and dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as they could damage the finish.
2. What materials are used in crafting Artarium’s products?
We mainly use high-quality resin and marble dust to craft our products to ensure durability and excellent finish for our products.
3. Does Artarium provide any warranty for its products?
We offer a warranty on our products against coloring and finishing defects. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by product. Please refer to the specific product warranty information provided along with the package or contact our customer service team for more details.
