At The Artarium, we value your satisfaction above all else. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@theartarium.com.
Return Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us at 011-40844669 or drop us an email at support@theartarium.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving your request, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up to collect the item at the earliest.
Return Conditions:
- We only accept returns on damaged or defective products. No returns will be accepted in case of size or quality issues.
- Please make sure to record a product unboxing video for us to rightly learn about the issue and process your return request at the earliest.
- We will not accept returns of items without the required label or seal.
- Items altered from their original condition or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
- Products damaged during use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Note:- If the return does not comply with our policy, no replacement or refund will be provided, and we reserve the right to withhold any funds already received.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
- For credit card or net banking payments, the refund will be credited to the same account.
- For cheque payments, a cheque will be mailed to the billing address.
- For COD orders, the refund will be credited after confirmation from the customer. Please note, that we do not refund the shipping charges for COD orders.
- Refunds are typically processed within 8-10 working days after we receive the product in its original condition.
Note: We are not responsible for delays in crediting the Cardholder’s account, as this is managed by the issuing bank.
Repair or Replacement
We may repair or replace products not received in good condition. Please note that we only offer replacement for damaged or defective products. No replacement will be made in case of size or quality issues.
However, make sure to record a product unboxing video for us to rightly learn about the issue and process your request at the earliest.
