- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- We offer both standard and express shipping services. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to selected locations. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at support@theartarium.com
- If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Note: Custom or personalized items are non-cancellable once production has started. This includes all custom sculptures and models designed specifically for you.
